Position Overview
The Technical Adoption group at Autodesk is seeking highly motivated and trusted professionals to help our strategic customers optimize their product investments and achieve measurable business outcomes by leveraging Autodesk solutions. We do this by delivering professional and customized services that help customers achieve their business goals while maximizing the use and adoption of Autodesk products and platforms.
As a Senior Technical Adoption Specialist (TAS) for Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC), you will provide top-level technical expertise to our customers. You will join the Technical Adoption group within Customer Success, a team that values professional development and rewards high performance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption of Autodesk solutions
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt Autodesk technology and achieve desired business outcomes
- Build, maintain, and deliver packaged service offerings that increase customer success and accelerate new product adoption
- Deliver digital content through one-to-many webinars for end users to support successful adoption of Autodesk solutions
- Develop and maintain digital content that adheres to Technical Adoption Specialist quality and consistency standards while addressing specific customer challenges
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
- Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize competing demands
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Professional fluency in Korean
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk Forma, and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Experience delivering technical training to large enterprise customers
- Experience identifying and improving Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) workflow challenges through Autodesk solutions
- Experience working collaboratively with global and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ownership, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Professional working proficiency in English

- Demonstrated accountability for improving ongoing processes and driving operational excellence
- Ability to mentor, coach, and share knowledge with colleagues and customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with Autodesk technologies, industry trends, and best practices
