Overall Purpose: As the Principal-Data Analysis, you will be responsible for designing solutions which achieve the organization’s objectives for data sourcing, synchronization, and performance across the business compensation technology stack. This is a high visibility role which interacts with sales leaders who support Indirect distribution. The candidate must have a good mix of technical skills and leadership experience with a focus on evolving the E2E data architecture roadmap, delivering new compensation plans, and enhancing existing compensation plans.
