As a Senior Network Project Management, you will be leading the development, validation, and strategic management of pole attachment rates, inventory reconciliation, invoice validation, and rate case analysis. Serves as AT&T's subject-matter expert in pole attachment rate modeling, regulatory finance, and cost-recovery methodologies, providing analytical and regulatory support to Legal, Regulatory, Finance, Engineering, and Sourcing organizations. Drives cost control initiatives, supports regulatory proceedings, strengthens AT&T's position in rate disputes and rate cases, and ensures accurate application of complex pole attachment agreements and regulatory frameworks.
An experienced professional with advanced expertise in utility rate development, regulatory finance, financial modeling, and pole attachment cost management. Resolves highly complex financial, regulatory, and contractual issues through application of advanced analytical techniques and industry knowledge. Serves as a recognized subject-matter expert, influencing strategic decisions across Legal, Regulatory, Finance, and Sourcing organizations. Leads critical initiatives with significant financial impact, operating independently while interacting frequently with senior leadership and external regulatory stakeholders.
Recognized expert in pole attachment rate development, utility cost allocation methodologies, and regulatory finance. Leads complex, high-value analytical initiatives supporting rate cases, utility negotiations, invoice validation programs, and compliance reviews. Provides strategic guidance to cross-functional teams, influences regulatory outcomes, mentors analysts, and drives enterprise-wide cost optimization and risk mitigation efforts.
