Overall Purpose
Responsible for supporting the performance, accuracy, and continuous improvement of financial systems. This role helps ensure reliable financial data, effective reporting capabilities, streamlined processes, and strong system integrity across the organization.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
System Implementation and Management: Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of financial systems, ensuring alignment with organizational financial processes and objectives. Coordinate with IT and other departments to support seamless integration with enterprise systems.
Financial Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain robust financial reporting frameworks to deliver accurate and timely data. Analyze financial information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and create dashboards to support executive decision-making.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations. Standardize and automate routine tasks, and develop best practices for financial data management and reporting.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and other departments to understand and address system needs. Act as a liaison between Finance and IT, providing training and support to ensure effective system utilization.
Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks as required, including supporting regulatory compliance, managing data security, conducting audits, and providing advanced technical support.

Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree, such as a BS or BA, desired. 5+ years of related experience required. Certification may be required in some areas.
