Sr Associate Order Management

AT&T is seeking a Sr Associate, Order Management, based in Mexico City. In this role, you will manage key aspects of order processing for our business solutions portfolio, ensuring accurate provisioning and delivery of complex company products. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to drive exceptional customer experience, resolve issues, and deliver on service level agreements (SLAs). The Sr Associate, Order Management, will support both the creation and management phases of order processing, maintaining high standards of accuracy, communication, and customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

• Gather and review key order specifications, establish order requirements, and manage provisioning and tracking activities.
• Ensure all order elements are accurately and consistently captured across all relevant systems and databases.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, network, and operations teams to ensure workflow compliance and achievement of SLAs.
• Provide proactive offline support to customers and service managers for new service activations, account maintenance, and billing inquiries.
• Oversee customer requests from submission to completion, set expectations, and educate stakeholders on the workflow.
• Coordinate provisioning and customer engagement to ensure successful implementation and deployment of complex orders.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize online tools to extract, analyze, and customize data for stewardship reports covering provisioning, maintenance, and billing.
• Independently manage both order creation and order management processes, handling difficult challenges with general supervision.

What you will need:

• Fully bilingual; must speak, read, and write fluently and professionally in both Spanish and English.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, reporting, data filtering, and creating tables, trackers, and lookups.
• This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only available in the posted location(s). No relocation is offered.

Our Sr Associate Order Management earns between $292,000.00 and $438,000.00 MXN gross annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on experience, expertise, and education/training.
