Our Communications Technicians are responsible for the maintenance and repair of TDM and ETH circuits. What you'll do as an AT&T Communications Technician: • Conduct fault isolation and resolution • Interact directly with customers and support organizations/vendors that provide technical assistance and resolution. Provide primary technical support for Ethernet-based products and services. Use network tools, test equipment, and systems to support troubleshooting activities.
