In this role, you’ll set the technical product vision, translate customer and business needs into clear roadmaps, and partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software outcomes. What You’ll Do
Own a prioritized product domain, aligning strategy and execution across Product, Architecture, Engineering, and business partners
Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics informed by customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights
Build and maintain a clear roadmap; continuously prioritize based on impact, effort, risk, and dependencies
Lead end-to-end delivery by managing backlogs, trade-offs, timelines, and cross-team dependencies
Translate needs into crisp requirements (epics/features/user stories) with acceptance criteria that enable efficient delivery
Partner with Engineering and UX to refine solutions, reduce ambiguity, and improve product quality and usability
Operate effectively in Agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, reviews), ensuring teams are set up for execution
Monitor performance post-release, gather feedback, and iterate to improve outcomes and customer experience
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of product management experience delivering software products (platforms, APIs, or complex internal systems preferred)
Strong technical fluency: able to collaborate deeply with Engineers/Architects and make informed trade-offs
Proven ability to own a product domain and drive strategy, roadmap, and execution with minimal oversight
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams or product lines
Expertise writing high-quality epics/features/user stories and defining measurable outcomes (KPIs/OKRs)
Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders and aligning competing priorities
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management in a fast-paced environment
MS/MA in Computer Science (or similar) preferred; relevant certifications a plus/required in some areas
