The HR People Expertise team in Veldhoven is shaping the future of how people practices support ASML and its employees. In this internship, you will help identify innovative approaches and translate research findings into practical recommendations. During this internship, you will conduct in-depth research on emerging HR trends, people strategies, and organizational practices. You will explore external research, benchmark leading organizations, and assess how relevant insights can support the development of the HR People Expertise organization. You will collaborate with experienced HR professionals while maintaining ownership of your research project. Your main responsibilities will be:
Research emerging HR and people management trends using credible sources.
Benchmark HR practices and organizational approaches across different companies.
Analyze findings and identify opportunities relevant to ASML’s People Expertise organization.
Translate research outcomes into clear and actionable recommendations.
Support discussions on integrating expertise areas such as talent acquisition, learning, talent management, and leadership development.
Present insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Document findings in a structured and professional manner.
This is a bachelor/master thesis internship for minimum 4 months, minimum 4-5 days per week (hybrid). The start date of this internship is as of as soon as possible.
To be suitable for the internship, you:
Are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, organizational psychology, social sciences, organizational development, or a related field.
Have an analytical approach and enjoy conducting research and interpreting information.
Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Work independently while remaining collaborative in a team environment.
Take a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and developing recommendations.
