Fluent speaking and writing skills in both Korean and English.
Communicates clearly and concisely with stakeholders.
Good at multi-tasking and hands on skills.
Proactive, fast-learner and strong ownership for solving issues.
Understanding of customer service environment with an advanced understanding of customer relationship building.
Prefers experience using the following software packages: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LabView, Internet Protocol, and Computer Networking
