People Operations US is the primary contact center for employees, managers, and HR in the US and is responsible for managing all Hire2Retire operational processes.
Role and Responsibilities
As an HR People Operations Advisory Representative, this person will be responsible for completing a wide variety of HR duties that involve substantial variety and complexity for one or more countries. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, data collection, communication, inquiry handling, compliance, and report generation. The work performed in this position is generally critical and confidential in nature. This role will be trained on Human Resources practices, policies, procedures, and systems.
Other responsibilities include:
Handle inquiries from first contact through registration, escalation, and resolution in a professional and efficient manner, following a first-time-right and end-to-end way of working.
Supporting customers on the HR portal and relevant online tools in completing transactions.
Providing operational advisory support and administrative services to in-scope processes.
Perform customer-related data gathering and input.
Work according to defined standards, in line with global end-to-end processes and tooling, as well as local compliance requirements.
Escalating cases where guidance and clarification of policies and procedures is required.
Actively identify customer-centered improvements and participate in improvement projects, while helping drive standardization, simplification, and automation of relevant processes.
Ensure service level agreements are met and a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
Maintain own knowledge and skills, and update the knowledge database as needed.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or customer service, preferably within HR Operations.
Experience using ServiceNow.
Knowledge of HR processes, systems, and policies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint.

Other Information
This position is located on-site in Chandler, AZ. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person work-related events, trainings and meetings and to further ensure teamwork, collaboration and innovation. A flexible workplace arrangement may be available to employees working in roles conducive to remote work (up to two days a week).
