We are looking for a HR Service Representative to join our People Operations team, providing efficient operational support for daily processes. This role is ideal for individuals with foundational HR operation knowledge, strong attention to detail, and a desire to gain experience in a professional team environment. You will assist with HR transactions, advisory and administrative tasks under the guidance of team members.
With relevant experience in HR Services roles.
Fluent in English.
Has in-depth experience in relevant local HR processes or systems and policies.
With strong communication and problem-solving skill.
Handles inquiries from first contact, registration, escalating and resolving queries in a professional and efficient manner - in a first time right and e2e way of working and mentors team members in service delivery.
Answers questions on all topics, deals with new issues and identifies underlying issues/need of the customer.
Handles transactions in a professional and efficient manner - in a first time right and e2e way of working and mentors other team members in service delivery.
Handles transactions in a professional and efficient manner - in a first time right and e2e way of working and supervises other team members in service delivery.
Identifies and implements complex (data driven) improvements in collaboration with other tiers and departments (e.g. on work instructions & knowledge base) to minimize waste & inflow, increase efficiency & employee experience and improve quality.
Generates new ideas on reviewing existing operation to identify continuous improvement areas. Translates into execution plan.
Participates in complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, responsible for sub project deliverables and milestones.
Responsible for generating and delivering routine or ad-hoc reports.
Mentors team members on skills, knowledge and competences to enable colleagues to become self-sufficient.
For Support roles: Performs operational activities of an explanatory or assisting nature. Signals and identifies possibilities for process optimization and takes part in implementation. Works within a range of well-defined procedures and practices.
For Expert roles: Has knowledge of methods techniques and processes and the theoretical background. Executes operational plan and signals deviations in policies, processes and procedures.
