A unique opportunity exists for an extraordinary individual to contribute to the day to day effectiveness of Apple Indonesia’s Country GM and Senior Managers and operation of Apple Indonesia’s office. Through a deep understanding of Apple and Indonesia, the Executive Assistant & Office Manager will innovate to improve team’s culture and collaboration. The role also plays a pivotal role in reporting critical Apple Indonesia data to South Asia and World Wide.
- Manage Apple Indonesia’s office operation including facilities & services, environment health & safety and sustainability
- Manage and execute Apple Indonesia’s events, including team building and offsite
- Manage and coordinate Apple visitors from South Asia and World Wide
- Report Apple Indonesia’s data to South Asia and World Wide
- Develop close working relationships with cross functional Apple Indonesia team
- Develop close working relationships with Executive Assistants from Apple Australia New Zealand South Asia countries
- At least 8-10 years of Executive Assistant experience in Indonesia for C level in top local and or multi national companies
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex business environment made up from many functions
- Demonstrated superior communication, relationship building, influencing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity with integrity
- Positive and proactive personality that can problem solve
- Associate degree (Secretarial academy) or equivalent experience
- Office management experience including facilities & services, environment health & safety and sustainability
- Demonstrated experience in managing and executing events
- Proficiency in Apple products, including Mail, Calendar, Notes, Pages, Numbers and Keynote
- Bachelor’s degree
