Apply Sitting within the FNBL SP&O team, the In Store Tech Program Executive plays a highly collaborative role, interacting with stakeholders in various country teams, partners and Apple’s central Western Europe organisation. It is a highly visible role with a unique opportunity to work with the development and maintenance of digital in-store solutions such as DCOTA, Digital catalog, digital pricing and digital security. The candidate will have the opportunity to develop a broad network within Apple and with partners at many levels.
Reporting to the Store Experience Manager for France & Benelux, you’ll be responsible for executing and implementing all initiatives around interactive technology in-store, across France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco.
You’ll be the subject matter expert and owner of any interactive initiative at store level to improve customer experience and help driving Sales priorities through the interactive tech platforms.
Collaborate cross functionally with SP&O and Sales teams across the region to deploy In-store technology platforms partnering with EMEIA In-store tech team.

- Leverage In-store technology platforms to drive Sales priorities of the moment (i.e. affordability initiatives, etc.)
- Manage lifecycle and compliance of existing and future platforms (DCOTA, Digital Catalogue, DLL, …)
- Secure in-store-tech readiness at NPIs and data accuracy within Apple tools across retail, telco and monobrand (branded, tier 2 and unbranded)
- Deliver in-store tech reporting and data analysis
- Drive partner sell-in fro new Tech programs
- Establish and maintain an extraordinary relationship with Channel partners’ key stakeholders (IT teams, Digital in-store tams,...)
- Educate and provide ad hoc support for all tech merchandising-related areas to relevant stakeholders (ASCs, BAs, Champions, store staff).
- Be the point of contact to central POS ops/in-store tech team
- Improve business processes leveraging on automation where possible

- Fluency in French and English expected
- Fluency in Dutch appreciated
