We are seeking an extraordinary Administrative Assistant to be the heartbeat of our Suzhou Operations team and support senior leaders within the Apple Operations organization in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - As an Administrative Assistant in Apple Operations, you will be the primary pillar of support for Suzhou office, and act as the crucial link connecting the office and factory, ensuring our local teams operate seamlessly and feel highly valued. You will be the organizational backbone for our senior leaders, ensuring their days run seamlessly. Beyond traditional administrative duties, you act as a strategic partner - plan, orchestrate, and host engagement events to boost morale and foster a strong, inclusive team culture.
- Plan and execute team events and offsite meetings, managing everything from catering to complex logistics.
- Execute essential administrative operations, including initiating purchase requisitions, processing expense reports, and ordering office supplies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to influence outcomes and build compelling presentations for senior management.
- Safeguard highly confidential and sensitive organizational information.
- Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or equivalent professional background.
- Meticulous in organizing workload and managing the detail.
- Ability to build relationships both internally & externally.
- Experience in an assistant role supporting senior leaders within a high-tech environment.
- Experience in leading and organizing big scale events.
- Ability to creatively solve complex logistical puzzles and navigate ambiguous situations.
- Proficiency in managing high-volume expense reports, purchase requisitions, and travel logistics.
- Capacity to influence cross-functional teams and build reciprocal relationships across diverse organizations.
