Are you an Engineering Program Manager who thrives in fast-moving, highly dynamic environments where priorities evolve quickly and the path forward is not always obvious? Do you excel at bringing clarity, alignment, and momentum to complex, high-stakes programs spanning global and regional teams?
Join our Infrastructure Operations organization as the dedicated Senior EPM for China. As our infrastructure programs reach critical milestones and our regional footprint continues to grow, you will provide a single, trusted point of program leadership across a highly matrixed ecosystem of engineering teams, security functions, business partners, and third-party providers. In addition to connecting global initiatives with regional execution, you will drive a growing portfolio of China-specific infrastructure programs shaped by the unique technical, operational, business, and regulatory needs of the region.
In this role, you will be the connective force between our China and US teams; driving complex programs from strategy through execution, navigating dependencies across time zones, languages, and organizational boundaries, and ensuring teams stay aligned, informed, and ahead of emerging risks.
We are looking for an exceptional Engineering Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution across a complex, multi-team infrastructure portfolio in China.
Establish clear ownership, operating cadences, and consistent reporting to keep global and local teams aligned.
Serve as the primary liaison across engineering, regional business teams, vendors, and local partners, driving decisions, resolving conflicts, and removing blockers.
Own program plans, dependencies, critical paths, risks, KPIs, and executive-level reporting across the portfolio.
Drive alignment across the full technical lifecycle, from infrastructure provisioning and application development through deployment, handoff, and ongoing operations.
Partner closely with US stakeholders and China-based engineering teams to connect infrastructure and application workstreams and identify gaps early.
Lead complex migrations and deployments with phased rollout strategies, contingency plans, and strong change and scope management.
Proactively ensure technical handoffs are complete and dependencies are addressed before they become delivery risks.
Communicate complex technical programs clearly and effectively across both technical and non-technical audiences.
