We’re perfectionists. Idealists. Inventors. We’re constantly challenging the status quo, refining how we work, and looking for better ways to solve complex problems. Our environment is fast-paced, demanding, and highly collaborative—and it rewards people who bring sound judgment, curiosity, initiative, and a passion for excellence.
Do you thrive in an environment where no two days are alike? Do you enjoy solving complex puzzles, anticipating what’s needed before it’s asked, and finding solutions when the path forward isn’t obvious? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Business Affairs organization, providing high-level administrative and operational support to multiple senior executives. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys partnering with people across all levels of an organization.
The successful candidate will bring exceptional judgment, discretion, attention to detail, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain momentum in a high-volume environment. You’ll be a trusted partner to the executives you support and an important contributor to the effectiveness of the broader Business Affairs team.
We’re looking for a critical thinker and collaborative team player who can quickly develop a deep understanding of the Business Affairs organization, including its operations, culture, policies, and processes. You’ll be expected to operate with a high degree of independence, anticipate needs, identify opportunities to improve processes, and proactively resolve issues before they become obstacles.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment. You will interact regularly with executives, internal teams, and external partners, requiring the highest level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
You will manage complex and dynamic executive calendars, coordinate meetings and videoconferences across multiple time zones, arrange domestic and international travel, and prepare and reconcile executive expense reports. You’ll also maintain organized electronic and physical files and ensure information is readily accessible and accurately maintained.
Beyond core administrative responsibilities, you’ll support the team by preparing and maintaining organizational and informational materials, reviewing and proofreading documents, synthesizing information, creating presentations and correspondence, and helping executives stay focused on the highest-priority business objectives.

You should be someone who takes ownership, exercises sound judgment, communicates effectively, and consistently looks for ways to make the team more efficient and effective.
