Appleʼs Sales organisation generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This, in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team, is in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers.
AppleCare Business Development is an organisation that enables and drives sell through of AppleCare products and services through our channel partners. The team ensures partner operational excellence, program frameworks, and NPI & change execution to support our global sales organisation in enabling attach at scale; working closely with finance, operations, legal, and other organisations, as well as with Apple’s reseller partners around the world.
We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated individual with strong analytical abilities, project management skills, and excellent communication skills to join the team.
In this role, you will be part of the team that plans and executes NPI and change for AppleCare sales with our reseller channel. You will identify opportunities for global alignment & efficiencies, influence key stakeholders, and deliver on opportunities for automation and scale. You will also be responsible for building business processes and reporting on performance to ensure new strategic initiatives are successfully implemented at scale. You will have both a broad and deep knowledge of the platforms, processes, and partners, along with a passion for AppleCare products and services.
This role requires a combination of business insight, technical expertise, and project management skills to develop and execute a roadmap of automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate across teams and integrate both technical and operational knowledge to deliver results
- Dive into operational data to assess program performance, identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Identify and evaluate operational risks, implementing contingency plans to mitigate
- Drive AI, automation, and optimisation solutions for operational challenges, using technical tools to improve processes and outcomes
- 7+ years of experience in sales programs & ops, or equivalent roles
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Keynote, SAP, and relevant BI tools
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage ambiguity
- Detail oriented, able to simplify problems and communicate effectively
- Ability to evaluate and interpret large data sets, analyse, and present data with meaningful insights and actionable recommendations to peers and leadership for impactful business decisions
- Confidence to make critical decisions and deliver results under tight timelines, with flexibility to adapt to the challenges of a fast-paced environment
- Natural curiosity to delve into the next levels of business questions and insights
- Must be able to work independently but also with a diverse network of contacts.
