APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Create Tableau dashboards to visualize ongoing trends and performance based on store level actuals and unit per hour targets which are used by Geo partners including Store Field leadership to make key decisions in labor levels. Analyze operational and financial aspects of resource investment to optimize our global staffing strategy modeling. Communicate resource investment methodology, rationale, and financial impact to a diverse Audience. Design, develop, and deliver insightful reporting and dashboards to drive Financial and operational excellence. Collaborate with and influence cross-functional business partners to identify and solve operational challenges. Conduct ad hoc analysis in support of Retail, Strategy, Operations, Finance, and Field leadership teams. Own Financial and Operation modeling of WW Selling Employees hours and hiring targets through detailed analysis of store utilization, productivity data and revenue forecasts. Weekly performance management to targets to support Opex forecast and highlighting of any opportunity or risk throughout the quarter. Determine ongoing staffing need and guidance methodology across front and back of house staff for recent product launch and support long-range forecast of store Opex. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $158,286 - $207,300/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- 5 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
- Building comprehensive financial forecast models for variance analysis and P&L review using advanced Excel skills.
- Using data visualization software including Tableau or Power BI to visualize ongoing trends and performance metrics.
- Analyzing large data sets in Excel and Tableau to make key business decisions.
- Experience in business software systems including SAP and Essbase.
- 3 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
- Utilizing SQL proficiency for data retrieval, manipulation (tables/views), and database management, including Snowflake.
- 1.5 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
- Experience in the consumer electronics field, possessing a deep understanding of global supply/demand dynamics and sales trends across AMR, EMEA, and APAC.
- Collaborating with and influence cross-functional business partners including sales, marketing, business operations and engineering across different time zone/regions including EMEA and APAC.
- Utilizing machine learning tool for financial forecast calibration.
