Position Overview
Apollo is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Treasury Management Systems team, supporting and administering our Kyriba platform. This is a full-time, embedded role working directly with Treasury Operations and cross-functional technology teams. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Kyriba experience, strong treasury and cash accounting knowledge, and familiarity with modern payment formats including ISO 20022 (PACS.008, PAIN.001). You will own day-to-day platform operations while contributing to broader treasury technology initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
Qualifications & Experience
8+ years of hands-on experience with Kyriba across core modules: Cash, Payments, Financial Transactions, Cash Accounting, GL Reconciliation, and Bank Connectivity.
Deep familiarity with Kyriba's payment factory — payment templates, approval workflows, and payment status tracking.
Experience configuring and managing Kyriba Bank Connectivity — SWIFT connectivity, H2H file transmission, SFTP, and bank statement formats (MT940, MT942, BAI2, CAMT.053).
Working knowledge of Kyriba's GL Reconciliation and Cash Accounting modules — journal entry generation, accounting rules configuration, and ERP integration (PeopleSoft or similar).
Experience building and maintaining Kyriba interfaces and integrations — flat file, API, and SFTP-based connections to ERPs, trading platforms, and custodian banks.
Familiarity with Kyriba reporting and dashboards — standard report configuration, custom report building, and data extracts for Treasury and Finance stakeholders.
Familiarity with payment message formats including ISO 20022 (PACS.008, PAIN.001), SWIFT MT103/MT202, and SEPA credit transfers.
Experience working in Agile delivery — writing user stories, breaking down epics, and participating in sprint ceremonies.
Working knowledge of SQL for data interrogation and troubleshooting.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience following SDLC best practices; ability to facilitate requirements sessions and document outcomes clearly.
Strong communicator — written and verbal — with the ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones.
Self-starter who can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and escalate appropriately.
