Job Title: Office Operations & Culture Coordinator (6-Month Maternity Cover)

Location: Perth, WA (West Perth / CBD)

Role Type: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Immediate start through late March) Hours: Part-Time / Flexible (20–25 hrs/week, open to schedule structure) 

 

Position Overview: 

We build high-impact software, but we know great products only happen when the people building them have the runway, support, and environment to focus and thrive. Our development team is brilliant at what they do, but they need a dedicated, high-EQ partner to keep daily operations seamless, protect their focus, and bring warm, human energy to the office while our current manager is on maternity leave.

1. Own the Environment: Keep our office looking sharp, welcoming, and fully stocked (curating great coffee and office snacks is a genuine priority).
2. Shield the Tech Team: Handle incoming logistical friction, vendor coordination, scheduling, and team lunches so our developers can stay locked in deep focus.
3. Champion the Culture: Onboard local and remote new starters seamlessly, and coordinate team meetings and gatherings people actually look forward to.
4. Be the Fixer: When unpredictable operational hiccups arise, you are the proactive person who says, "I've got this," and gets it sorted.
