Program Manager Global Security
Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will provide enterprise leadership and project management support for the governance, implementation and optimization of Global Security programs across a spectrum of disciplines. This role has oversight and / or ownership of specific security technology systems including the Mass Notification System, incident reporting and investigations platforms, as well as other security and intelligence related systems. In addition, this role will be assigned key prioritized projects as required by the organization to optimize, enhance, and transform our services and platforms.
The role serves as a central project management function, driving the ongoing security technology strategies, process improvements that strengthen operational consistency, system reliability, and program performance. The Program Manager will coordinate activities with the Global Security Tech Team to ensure alignment and integration of enterprise platforms. This role will report to the Executive Director Global Security, North America.
A core component of this role is acting as a single point of contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional partners supporting non-physical security platforms including, but not limited to, Ontic, Everbridge, Dataminr, International SOS, Crisis24, and Topo AI.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree
OR
Master’s degree and 2 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or operations within corporate security, intelligence, emergency management, or a comparable environment.
OR
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or operations within corporate security, intelligence, emergency management, or a comparable environment.
OR
Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or operations within corporate security, intelligence, emergency management, or a comparable environment.
OR
High school diploma / GED and 10 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or operations within corporate security, intelligence, emergency management, or a comparable environment.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
