The objective of the Operations Emerging Talent Rotational Program is to develop leadership skills and attributes with a blend of technical knowledge, business acumen and soft skills, so that you are ready to make a positive impact and use your talents to accomplish more than you thought possible. Operations Emerging Talent Rotational Program Facts
We have open positions based in Amgen Rhode Island; the site has been dedicated to Manufacturing Bulk Drug Substance since 1986. Equipped with a traditional and next generation biomanufacturing plant, ARI has the agility and flexibility to manufacture multiple biologics at a time.
The cohort kicks off in July 2027, candidates must be available for full-time employment in July 2027. The 26-month Rotational Program consists of one 10-month and two 8-month rotations in Operations. You will rotate through various critical functions at your site, such as Manufacturing, Quality and a wild card rotation.
After successful completion of the program, we expect that you will be well-prepared to succeed in future roles and take on leadership challenges in our Operations organization.

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
