THE ROLE:
- Cultivate strong relationships and partnerships with customers to drive for customer confidence and loyalty in AMD products and processes
- Manage and improve customer quality scorecards and expectation. On site customer visits to facilitate quality issue resolving and build up relationships with customers
- Be the focal point of contact in technical liaison between the customer and AMD engineering communities; To facilitate technical meetings, by pulling in the necessary resources in order to bring a solution to the customer problem
- Management of customer complaint process; review, approve and submit FA RMA reports; own FA RMA closure and acceptance by customers
- Approve quality RMA customer complaint resolution; drive RMA investigation, analysis, corrective action, preventive action, and implementation
- Provide customer audit, internal audit support and coordinate with corporate quality organization. Coordinate to provide information of new product qualification for our sales, distributor and customers
- PCN, PDN customer communication.
THE PERSON:
- Ability to contribute in a team environment, action oriented, strong drive for results, and good influencing skills
- Matured individual who is resourceful and independent as well as possess good problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills; Flexible to travel whenever is required.
- familiar with IC failure modes and IC application to electronics systems; experience in X86 or FPGA quality and application support is a plus
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Improve the customer quality experience.
- Manage the customer quality expertise.
- Collect customer quality input( customer voice) and feedback to factory.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Good skill of person communication using Chinese (most important) or internal communication though English (usually it is writing)
- Person with customer facing experience.
- Person with X86 or PC develop and debug experience
- Knowledge of semiconductor
- Experience to work with customer for the Claim of refund or material return is pluS
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
