Team Leadership: Mentor, guide, and manage a team of L&D specialists for training execution on ground and ensure to deliver high-quality training initiatives.
Strategy & Needs Analysis: Partner with department heads and manager to identify skills gaps and align training programs with overarching business goals.
Program Design & Delivery: Oversee the creation, implementation, and evaluation of blended learning programs (e-learning, workshops, mentorships, and leadership tracks).
LMS Management: Supervise the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring high engagement and accurate tracking of compliance and development metrics.
ROI & Analytics: Measure the effectiveness of training programs using key performance indicators (KPIs) and data-driven insights to continuously improve content.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
