Amazon's Last Mile logistics operation in Brazil is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a Communications Analyst to join our Compliance & Communications team. This team owns all communications with Amazon's delivery partners in Brazil — independent businesses that operate the last mile of delivery to the end customer.
In this role, you will support the execution of partner communications, ensuring every message is well-written, properly formatted, and delivered on time through the right channels. You'll draft and edit content, maintain communication trackers, support the editorial calendar, and help monitor engagement metrics.
We're looking for someone with strong writing skills in Brazilian Portuguese, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in corporate communications. You'll work alongside a small, high-impact team — learning how communications operate at the intersection of operations, compliance, and partner experience in one of the world's fastest-growing logistics networks.
Key job responsibilities
• Content production: Draft, format, and edit communications, following established templates, tone of voice, and visual identity guidelines
• Editorial calendar support: Help maintain the communications calendar, tracking upcoming sends, deadlines, and content status across channels
• Channel operations: Publish approved content across official partner communication channels and ensure accuracy before distribution
• Approval workflow support: Route content through the review and approval process, tracking status with internal teams (legal, compliance, operations) and flagging delays
• Metrics tracking: Collect and organize engagement data (open rates, click-through rates, satisfaction scores) and prepare dashboards and reports for the team
• Documentation: Maintain organized records of all communications sent, approval logs, and processing documentation
• Feedback collection: Help gather and organize partner feedback from surveys, engagement tools, and direct channels to inform content improvements
• Event and material preparation: Assist in the planning and execution of engagement events for partners, stakeholders, and internal teams — including logistics coordination, attendee management, preparation of supporting materials (one-pagers, FAQs, presentation decks), and post-event recaps
• Internal alignment: Support internal alignment by preparing meeting recaps, status updates, and key announcements that keep the team working from the same information
A day in the life
In your daily role, you'll support partner communications across multiple tasks — drafting content, formatting newsletters, tracking approvals, and updating engagement dashboards. You'll review incoming content requests, prepare drafts following established templates, and route them through the approval workflow.
Using engagement data, you'll help the team understand which messages are resonating and flag trends worth investigating. Some days you'll format content for distribution; others you'll organize materials for a quarterly partner meeting or update the editorial calendar.
During high-volume seasonal events, you'll help scale communications output — ensuring every message goes out on time and on brand, keeping Amazon's delivery partners informed and engaged.
