Are you an experienced Product Manager who wants to build a co-branded credit card program from the ground up in one of Latin America's fastest-growing e-commerce markets?
The Amazon Payment Products team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product development for Amazon Mexico's first Co-Branded Credit Card (CBCC). This role sits at the nexus of financial services, consumer retail, and strategic partnerships, owning the end-to-end program from launch through scale.
Key job responsibilities
Own business strategy and go-to-market strategy for Amazon Mexico's co-branded credit card program
Own the long-term product roadmap for credit card customer experience including application flow, onboarding, rewards, installments, and lifecycle management
Drive cross-functional execution by partnering with tech, legal, finance, CorpBD, marketing, design, risk, and data science teams to deliver the credit card Minimum Lovable Product and scale
Own program metrics and report regularly to senior leadership on progress, risks, and financial performance
Negotiate with banks, payment networks, and regulators to achieve the long-term product vision while ensuring regulatory compliance
Develop targeting strategies for customer acquisition, optimizing approval rates and application funnels
Construct mechanisms to ensure customer feedback is understood and acted on; serve as the subject matter expert on CBCC customer experience
Coordinate with global CBCC teams to leverage best practices and shared tech infrastructure
A day in the life
You will regularly work across Amazon (tech, marketing, legal, finance, business development, operations, etc) and externally with banking partners and payment networks. This is a high-impact role that requires comfort operating at the intersection of strategy, product, technology, and business development.

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Speak and write in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish and English at C1 level or above
