Key job responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Lead large-scale, complex technical programs across multiple teams and disciplines, from inception to delivery
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive program plans aligned with Leo's mission and business objectives
- Cross-functional Coordination: Orchestrate efforts across engineering, operations, product, and business teams to ensure seamless program execution
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact program success, developing contingency plans as needed
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with senior leadership, external partners, and regulatory bodies, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Technical Expertise: Leverage technical understanding to facilitate decision-making and problem-solving across teams
- Process Improvement: Implement and optimize program management methodologies to increase efficiency and scalability
- Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain program KPIs, providing regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes
A day in the life
As a Technical Program Manager on the Leo Devices & Systems Infrastructure team, you'll drive the development and operations programs for service environments and ServiceNow. Your day involves leading and being a part of cross-functional stand-with stakeholders, shared service owners, security and export compliance while collaborating with engineering leads to address technical challenges. You'll analyze fleet health metrics and compliance data to guide program decisions, present status updates to leadership, and coordinate with external partners like ServiceNow and Taninum. The role requires balancing immediate operational demands with long-term strategic planning, all within a regulated environment.
About the team
You will be part of the Leo Devices & Systems Infrastructure team who is responsible for the lifecycle of service environments for manufacturing and design functions along with ServiceNow at Leo. You will lead implementation programs for which the team has ownership in delivery of the outcome with programs ranging from deploying new software to transformation of existing services. In addition, we own ServiceNow for Leo for which you will lead implementation tracks along that service’s roadmap. You and your team will play a crucial role in Leo's mission to deliver reliable internet globally through innovative device management solutions and automation.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience
- Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, systems engineering
- Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
