We are looking for a Production Manager who is passionate about the entertainment industry and excels at overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale original productions across multiple territories. This role requires someone who can independently manage production budgets and schedules, drive end-to-end production workflows, and ensure the successful delivery of content across series, movies, and unscripted formats.
The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of physical production across both scripted and unscripted formats, combined with strong leadership skills, the ability to manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships across multiple countries, and a strategic, solutions-oriented approach to navigating the complexities of multi-territory production environments.

Key job responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day production operations for assigned original series, films, and unscripted projects across SpLatam territories (Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, and Uruguay)
- Manage production budgets, track expenditures, and flag potential overages in coordination with Production Finance
- Build and maintain production schedules, ensuring milestones are met across development, pre-production, principal photography, and post-production
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams (creative, legal, finance, post-production) and external production companies
- Evaluate and onboard local vendors, crew, and production services across multiple countries
- Identify and escalate production risks proactively, proposing solutions to keep projects on track
- Ensure all productions comply with local regulations, labor laws, and Amazon MGM Studios policies
- Prepare and present production status reports to leadership, including budget health, timeline updates, and key milestones
- Support the development and implementation of scalable production processes and best practices across the region
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of budgeting, scheduling and cost reporting experience
- 5+ years of producer, production manager or line producer experience
- 5+ years of overseeing and managing projects and deadlines experience
- Knowledge of Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
- Movie Magic Budgeting proficiency
- Experience working with streaming platforms or studios on original content production
- Experience managing vendor relationships and crew across Latin American markets (Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, or Uruguay)
- Knowledge of local labor laws and production regulations in at least two SpLatam countries
- Experience preparing and presenting production status reports to senior leadership
