Shape the future of entertainment by overseeing scripted series, unscripted, and movie post productions from development through delivery at Amazon MGM Studios. Key job responsibilities
• Oversee on-time delivery and on-budget execution for post production of all series and movies projects in development, production, and post production for scripted and unscripted content
• Oversee and approve post production budgets, bids, and calendars
• Make recommendations and vet show's staff and vendors
• Coordinate with production and creative teams to assess scope and challenges of projects
• Collaborate closely with internal Localization, Distribution Operations, Delivery and Technology teams in preparing shows for global release
• Liaise with studio stakeholders on cross-collaboration initiatives
• Engage with Marketing, Communications and Prime Video team members to deliver assets
• Evaluate technical workflows
• Travel as required in support of show planning and execution
A day in the life
As a Post Production Executive, you'll lead shows from development through archival — ensuring all Amazon MGM Studios technical specifications and asset requirements are met. You will oversee and approve post production calendars, budgets, and workflows, and guide external partners and vendors from onboarding through final delivery. Teams across Creative, Production, Marketing, Communications, Distribution Operations, Delivery, Localization and others will rely on you for post production expertise, risk identification, and problem-solving — all in service of meeting Amazon's high quality bar on time for global launch.

You'll work alongside creative, production, and post production executives, as well as partners and vendors across the industry — building relationships that drive our projects forward.

Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of post producer or post executive experience
- 5+ years of budgeting, scheduling and technical workflows experience
- 5+ years of delivering final video production for advertising or tv experience
- Experience owning post production strategy and end to end delivery
- Experience managing relationships with sound, editorial and finishing post facilities
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with delivery of assets to studios
- Experience in various television and film post production environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with variety of digital media workflows
- Experience with international subtitling and dubbing workflows
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of Cloud based workflows
- Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams
- Organized and with great attention to detail
