Come build the supply chain brain for Amazon's fastest-growing quick commerce business.
Amazon Now's SCOPE (Supply Chain Operations, Planning & Efficiency) team is looking for a Technical Program Manager who wants to own two of the most foundational pillars of our supply chain — Buying and Forecasting. This isn't a "track and report" TPM role. You'll be the strategic anchor connecting AI/ML-powered demand intelligence with automated procurement systems, directly shaping how thousands of dark stores across India stay stocked, efficient, and ready for customers in under 15 minutes.
Here's why this role is different:
You'll own the full lifecycle — from roadmap planning to GTM adoption — across programs that touch 20+ stakeholders, 10+ external systems, and thousands of stores
You'll drive a forecasting accuracy leap from 55% MAPE to under 20% — a transformation that directly impacts instock rates, cost efficiency, and customer experience
You'll take buying automation from baseline to 95%+ PO automation, fundamentally changing how Amazon Now procures at scale
You'll operate at the rare intersection of program rigor, technical depth (ML/Science systems, distributed pipelines), and business acumen — all three matter here
You'll build lasting institutional muscle — governance frameworks, adoption playbooks, and review mechanisms that become the operating system for how we scale supply chain programs
This is a high-ambiguity, high-impact space. If you thrive on connecting dots across complex systems, influencing without authority across worldwide teams, and turning chaos into repeatable execution — This is for you.
