The ideal candidate combines strong consultative selling skills, program management rigor, and deep knowledge of the Taiwan enterprise market.
Key job responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Business Development

- Lead customer-facing workshops, executive presentations, and roadmap discussions to define engagement scope
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer decision-makers (Director to C-level)
Engagement Management & Delivery Oversight
- Serve as the single-threaded owner for engagement success — accountable for scope, timeline, budget, and customer satisfaction
- Manage engagement delivery in partnership with ProServe Practice Managers and Consultants, ensuring quality outcomes
- Monitor engagement health, identify risks and blockers, and implement corrective actions proactively
- Drive customer adoption and consumption of AWS services through ProServe-led initiatives
- Manage engagement financials including margin, utilization, and revenue recognition
Pipeline & Opportunity Management
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline ≥ 3x of individual bookings target
- Drive pursuit rigor: qualification, teaming, pricing, proposal development, and close
- Accurately forecast bookings and revenue on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
- Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce) for pipeline management and reporting
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with AWS Account Managers, Solution Architects, and Specialist teams to identify and pursue joint opportunities
- Collaborate with ProServe Delivery Practices (Migration, Modernization, Data & AI, GenAI) to assemble the right teams for engagements
- Work with AWS Partners to structure co-delivery models where appropriate
- Provide market feedback to ProServe leadership on customer needs, competitive dynamics, and service gaps in Taiwan
Operational Excellence
- Adhere to ProServe governance processes including deal review, pricing approval, and risk assessment
