We are looking for a dynamic, organised and engaging individual to join our Human Resources team as a HR Business Partner, supporting our Fulfillment Centers in Jandakot and Kewdale, Western Australia.
This role supports Amazon's two sites and is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

Key job responsibilities
• Coaching and mentoring front-line leaders to build their people capability
• Advocating, promoting and enabling the uptake of self-service tools across associates and leadership
• Implementing HR initiatives to drive and maintain an overall culture of excellent employee relations, inclusion and communications
• Proactively gathering data from appropriate sources to drive decision-making
• Maintaining an emphasis on continuous improvement and best practices, sharing insights with other Fulfillment Center teams
• Advocating and instilling mechanisms which actively collect and respond to employee voice and promote associate experience
• Collaborating effectively across a number of internal and external teams including Finance, Payroll and Legal
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of human resource business partner or blend of operations and HR experience
- Strong coaching and influencing skills with the ability to build trust at all levels
- Ability to use data and metrics to identify trends and inform people strategies
- Comfort managing competing priorities across multiple sites
- Knowledge of Australian employment legislation and workplace relations
- Experience working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR information
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, operational environment (warehousing, logistics or manufacturing preferred)
- Experience supporting hourly employee client group
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
