The Revenue Generalist is the connective tissue of the Revenue Operations function, supporting multiple workstreams that keep the commercial team informed, prepared, and moving. This role blends RFP writing, enablement support, deal operations, and sales ops into a single seat, and it requires someone who can move between all of them without letting any slip.
Your most visible output will be the written word. You own RFP coordination end to end and you're one of the primary authors who turns complex clinical, commercial, and operational information into compelling buyer narrative, under deadline, every time. You also support the Revenue Enablement Lead by delivering product knowledge to the field and serving as the resource Sales turns to when they need answers before formal training catches up. Beyond enablement and proposals, you support Deal Desk on deal structuring and pricing reviews, support the Salesforce Admin on CRM data quality, and own the pipeline hygiene and forecast cadence that give Sales leadership visibility into what's working.
We're not looking for someone who needs a single lane. We're looking for someone who sees how enablement, proposals, deal ops, and pipeline data connect, and moves fluidly between them based on what the business needs that week. You're comfortable in Salesforce, strong on the page, and grounded enough to know which RFPs to pursue, which to decline, and why.
If you've been looking for a role where your writing ability, operational instincts, and product curiosity all get used on the same day, this is it.
Key job responsibilities
RFP Management & Proposal Writing. RFP responses are often the first formal impression One Medical for Business makes on a prospective client. You own the process and you're one of the primary authors. Own RFP/RFI coordination end to end: intake, Go/No-Go qualification, timelines, and workstream assignments across Deal Desk, Legal, and subject-matter experts. Draft key proposal sections including executive summaries, capability narratives, and clinical differentiator language. Maintain the RFP content library in Highspot. Track win/loss rates and run post-submission reviews to improve the library over time.
Enablement Support & Product Knowledge. You're not running the enablement function. That's the Revenue Enablement Lead. But you're the person on the ground who reinforces it in real time and serves as a live product knowledge resource when the formal program hasn't caught up to a question. Partner with the Enablement Lead to deliver onboarding and training content. Stay current on all offerings, pricing, and competitive positioning so you can answer questions before they become blockers. Translate product and pricing updates into field-ready materials formatted for how reps actually consume information.
Sales Operations & Pipeline Management. The CRM is only as valuable as the data inside it. You own the standards and cadences that keep pipeline data trustworthy. Own pipeline hygiene, stage progression definitions, and CRM data quality. Run the weekly forecast cadence with Data Analytics and Sales leadership. Manage territory planning inputs and account segmentation. Define and maintain Sales KPIs and dashboards in Salesforce. Own deal close execution: stage updates, closed-won processing, and order entry. When you find a broken workflow, you fix it and write it down.

- Experience using sales CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Healthcare, benefits, or complex/regulated industry experience — you understand why clinical accuracy and compliance language matter in proposals
- Experience supporting an enablement or content program in a B2B enterprise environment; you know how to build content that gets used, not just published
- Familiarity with Highspot or comparable enablement platforms as a contributor and content curator, not just a consumer
- Experience with territory planning, quota modeling, or annual planning processes where your work directly influenced field structure
- Comfortable working across Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, and Product SMEs to assemble a complete, accurate, on-time response under real pressure
