Amazon Leo is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable broadband connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From households to small businesses, schools, hospitals, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve communities and organizations operating in places without dependable internet access.
As a Sr. Technical Program Manager on the Amazon Leo Partner Services (ALPS) team, you will own and drive complex, externally facing technical integration programs with Amazon Leo’s global distribution partners. You will serve as the primary program leader responsible for ensuring partners successfully integrate, validate, and launch satellite internet service in their contracted territories and channels.
This role sits at the center of partner-facing execution and internal product coordination. You will manage end-to-end technical integration programs spanning API onboarding, BSS/OSS integration, network readiness, operational enablement, and launch milestones. You will work cross-functionally with Amazon Leo engineering, product, solutions architecture, and operations teams to ensure partner-facing deliverables are defined, prioritized, and delivered on time.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong technical fluency, program leadership, executive communication, and the ability to operate in ambiguity within a fast-moving global environment.
