As a Senior Manager of EU Process Engineering, you'll lead transformational process improvements across our fulfillment network, directly impacting how tens of thousands of products reach customers daily. You'll partner with operational leaders to identify opportunities, drive large-scale changes, and translate data insights into measurable productivity and efficiency gains that ripple across our entire European network.
Key job responsibilities
- Evaluate performance objectives and metrics across the network to proactively identify process improvement opportunities within your assigned process path
- Partner with operational leaders within the FCs to execute implementation of process improvements driving stabilization and standardization across the network
- Serve as primary information source for your team and the larger network of operational leaders in the FCs as it relates to your respective process path to mitigate variation in process standards, input metrics, and knowledge gaps within FC network
- Define optimized operating window for each fulfillment process and develop detailed standard operating procedures to support daily operations
- Successfully manage, execute, measure and communicate the impact of the projects in partnership with the site leaders responsible for day to day operations
- Work with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Transportation, Learning and Talent Development, ACES, etc. to conceptualize and drive capability development projects
- Drive large scale E2E Initiatives to solve complex network issues directly impacting the FC environment
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
A day in the life
In this role, you'll focus on optimizing one of our core process areas—whether that's inbound flow, picking and stowing, counting, packing, or shipping operations. Your day might include analyzing performance data across multiple fulfillment centers to spot improvement opportunities, collaborating with site leaders to implement standardized procedures, or leading a cross-functional initiative to solve a complex network challenge. You'll spend time both at your desk interpreting metrics and in our fulfillment centers observing operations firsthand, ensuring your recommendations are grounded in real-world conditions. You'll also mentor your team of process engineers, serve as the go-to expert for your assigned process area, and communicate project outcomes to stakeholders across the network.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or process improvement roles
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Experience communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively to different audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience applying strong numerical and analytical abilities to develop product/program strategies and evaluate complex processes and financial scenarios
- Experience in manufacturing, production, distribution logistics environments, retail, or grocery management roles
