As part of the Marketing team in AU/SG, we are seeking a performance marketing professional to support the execution of acquisition campaigns and reporting across our key paid and organic channels. You will work closely with senior team members to bring campaigns to life - ensuring flawless execution, data-driven optimisation, and clear communication on delivery partner acquisition outcomes across all regions.
This role is primarily focused on the day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns and performance reporting, while also contributing to broader acquisition and marketing initiatives across the team. The successful candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Key job responsibilities
- Own and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Search, Meta, and YouTube
- Produce monthly search performance, competitor benchmarking, and GenAI insight reports
- Review monthly spend against leads and new accounts; flag performance drops and identify top-performing keywords, creatives, and job descriptions
- Contribute to experimentation plans and iterative improvements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel
