This is an ideal role for someone who wants to grow in product and data within a lean, high-impact team, working side by side with AMs, Sales Ops, PM, and developers. You will have direct, visible ownership of recurring deliverables and see your work translate into measurable productivity for Account Managers.

Build and maintain QuickSight dashboards and operational views for AMs, Team Leads, and Managers.
Automate and produce recurring reports (WBR/MBR), reducing the current manual reporting effort.
Translate needs from AMs and Sales Ops into clear, documented requirements for the development team, including acceptance criteria.
Execute and document UAT for new features; log bugs and track resolution.
Support the calculation and calibration of the Hub's business rules (Glance Views, Buyable ASINs, PL Score, Escape Velocity thresholds) under guidance from the senior BA/PM.
Analyze telemetry data (DynamoDB) to measure feature adoption and Hub usage, and support productivity/ROI analyses.
Maintain and evolve the ticket knowledge base and the Call Center CTI/SOP mapping.
Run time studies and ad hoc analyses to identify automation opportunities.
