About the Role:
Amazon India's Wireless category is one of the largest and most competitive businesses on the platform, spanning smartphones and mobile accessories. With high-velocity launches, marquee sale events, and a rapidly evolving digital media landscape, the ability to accurately forecast, track, and optimize traffic is a critical growth lever for the business.
We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Associate Marketing Manager to own reach planning and performance marketing for the Wireless category. The ideal candidate will bring strong forecasting capabilities, deep channel expertise across paid and performance marketing, and a structured approach to translating traffic data into actionable business decisions. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable building forecast models as they are optimizing a digital marketing campaign.

- Consolidate traffic inputs across channels into a unified reach plan and present progress to business and leadership teams.
- Derive insights from existing dashboards to track actuals vs. forecast and present findings at weekly and monthly business reviews.
- Partner with central traffic and channel teams to ensure Wireless is adequately represented in site-wide planning and allocation decisions.

- Own execution and optimization of performance marketing channels for the Wireless category, including Paid Social, Associates, Affiliates etc.
- Manage channel-level strategy to maximize traffic efficiency and ROI against goals.
- Identify and pilot new performance marketing opportunities that can drive incremental traffic and customer acquisition for the category.
Analytics & Performance Management -
- Conduct regular traffic funnel audits and share weekly and monthly insights on channel performance, gaps to goal, and optimization opportunities.
- Build retrospective analyses for campaigns and events, consolidating learnings into repeatable playbooks for future planning cycles.
- Analyze customer cohorts to identify high-value segments and tailor channel strategies to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration -
- Work closely with category, brand marketing, central channel, and finance teams to align on targets, investment plans, and execution timelines.
- Partner with brand teams on launch GTM planning and conduct regular performance reviews to assess channel effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with brand partners to unlock co-funded performance marketing investments that drive incremental traffic during launches and sale events.
- Present traffic performance, reach plans, and channel recommendations to senior leadership.
