Amazon Ads is seeking a GTM Strategy Manager to accelerate growth in our Display Ads business in India. This is a broad-scope role that blends go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and program execution. You will drive adoption of display advertising by equipping our sales teams, running the operating mechanisms that keep the business on track, and taking a marquee Tier-1 product launch from strategy through on-ground execution—while also identifying and shipping smaller innovations that unlock incremental revenue. Key job responsibilities
Build and run sales enablement for Display Ads—value propositions, pitch narratives, playbooks, and training—that help field sales and account teams convert opportunities into revenue.
Own the team's core program mechanisms (WBR, MBR, and other operating cadences): define the metrics, drive the narrative, surface risks, and hold action items to closure.
Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for a marquee Tier-1 product launch, partnering with Product, Sales, and Tech to take it from concept through beta to full launch and adoption.
Identify and drive smaller innovations and interventions across the display portfolio that improve adoption, yield, or advertiser outcomes.
Translate market and advertiser insights into GTM strategies that build proof of concept and drive net incremental revenue.
Establish credible relationships with advertisers and ad agencies, and support sales conversations with prospective and existing clients.
Use data-driven decision-making to size opportunities, prioritize bets, and measure impact.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building high-velocity ad products
- Experience working in e-commerce
- Experience in advertising
