Role Summary
Amazon Ads is seeking an experienced Go-to-Market (GTM) leader focused on measurement and insights for our Canada and Latin America markets. In this role, you will serve as the primary link between regional sales teams, global measurement GTM, and product teams.
You will identify measurement gaps in the market, build business cases for new solutions, drive product launches, track adoption, gather advertiser feedback, and deliver scalable enablement programs. Your work will span three pillars: Product Enablement, Sales Enablement, and Scalable Tools.
The ideal candidate can influence product roadmaps, empower sales teams to independently leverage measurement solutions, and build repeatable processes that work across multiple countries.
Key job responsibilities
Product Enablement
• Own go-to-market strategy for new measurement solutions including offline attribution, location-based lift studies, and cross-channel incrementality measurement.
• Build business cases for new measurement capabilities by quantifying advertiser demand and identifying competitive gaps.
• Define launch plans for measurement products in new and expanding markets; identify pilot advertisers, define use cases, and track adoption.
• Drive product testing and launch readiness for conversion lift and multi-touch attribution solutions; coordinate per-region rollout plans.
• Evaluate and recommend third-party measurement partners to fill gaps where first-party solutions are not yet available.
Sales Enablement
• Serve as the measurement subject matter expert for sales teams, providing verticalized measurement strategies and training across account segments.
• Own launch readiness for new measurement features: develop locale-specific training, deliver enablement sessions, and track adoption metrics.
• Create scalable playbooks covering measurement value propositions, objection-handling frameworks, and study setup best practices.
• Build self-serve troubleshooting resources and escalation paths so sales teams can resolve routine measurement issues independently.
• Develop positioning guidance for advanced measurement approaches (e.g., marketing mix models) and coordinate with analytics teams for technical depth.
Tools & Scalable Mechanisms
• Build and maintain scalable learning frameworks; track knowledge gaps and iterate quarterly to address recurring questions from the field.
• Curate a sales toolkit with templates, decision trees, and reference materials as a single entry point for measurement self-serve.
• Manage the regional case study pipeline and coordinate production for major industry events.
• Aggregate structured advertiser feedback on measurement products; drive quality of submissions and use insights to influence product roadmap priorities.
