In this role, you will lead the Vendor Deals charter, partnering across Amazon's e-commerce ecosystem: internal clients, selling partners, vendors, supply chain, personalization, pricing, and promotions. You'll own the strategy and execution of the Vendor Deals sourcing product suite — including long-term vision, roadmap, tradeoffs, and stakeholder management — in close partnership with UX, Tech, and worldwide stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap for Vendor Deals sourcing
- Partner with scientists, retail and 3P organizations, data engineers, and software teams to identify high-impact features
- Analyze customer and financial implications, prioritize opportunities, and build a cohesive strategy
- Evangelize new capabilities to clients, accelerate adoption, and communicate results to senior leaders
- Prepare documentation for executive audiences and align your roadmap with Amazon's strategic objectives

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

- Excellent written, verbal, and data-analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment oriented around delivering optimized promotions to customers worldwide

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
