Amazon is looking for a smart and ambitious Seller Consultant to join its China team. The objective of the Sales consultant is to deliver new business growth and maximize revenue generation across Amazon's suite of products for merchants. Recruiting and launching sellers on Amazon's global marketplaces. You will analyze traffic and sales data to identify opportunities to help sellers succeed on the marketplaces.
Your superior communication, organizational and technical skills will enable you to operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, where you will have the autonomy to take full control and responsibility for achieving our business objectives.
Key job responsibilities
1. Learn about Amazon’s cross border e-commerce business, provide suggestions to help sellers' scalable business growth in Amazon.
2. Assist with leadership and PM team on overall strategy, road-map and deliverable.
3. Work with marketplace sellers to drive the feature adoption rate to drive the customer experience on Amazon
4. Review and monitor Seller performance, provide consulting for Seller to grow their business.
5. Applies Sellers insights to adjust value proposition to Sellers’ needs and objectives.
6. Develop a thorough understanding of assigned product/industry category, including seasonality and marketplace business trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments
7. Show super strong competency in delivering result, bias for actions, dive deep, ownership, earn trust and customer obsession
About the team
The CN2JP Target Recruitment team sits within Amazon Global Selling's New Seller Recruitment organization, responsible for identifying and onboarding high-value Chinese sellers onto Amazon Japan. Japan is Amazon's third-largest marketplace globally.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional or military experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies
- Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields
- Experience working with clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
