The applicable collective agreement for this role is CBA for employees of Telecommunication Sector. The position is classified at level 6 or above, depending on the candidate's skills, competences and experience.
Key job responsibilities
• Craft compelling value proposition to onboard new selling partners
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities
• Develop and optimize promotional strategies for pricing, product selection, and availability
• Collaborate with the EU Deals team to maximize Customer experience and sales
• Educate Sellers on Amazon's tools and services to drive self-sufficiency
• Track and report on business development results to identify areas for improvement
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Italian and English at C1 level or above
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising, or experience in sales/business development
- Ability to think strategically and thrive in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
- Customer-centric approach with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience in account management, business development, or consulting
