Position Responsibilities:
Work with stakeholders to maintain understanding and optimal usage of new process improvements for system access requests and execution. Maintain documentation for the development of new controllership tools for clear understanding and usage in relation to the bank portal and workstation entitlement processing. Drive adoption of Amazon’s Treasury workstation for non-Treasury administrative functions. Manage operational flow of the new design of the support for banking access issue management in collaboration with the Treasury India Compliance team. Ensure compliance with Treasury guidelines and policies including Banking Authority, Investments, and Foreign Exchange. Oversee the end-to-end workflow for resolving banking system access issues, including triaging, tracking, and escalating requests related to bank portal user entitlements, account-level permissions, and workstation access across Amazon's global banking relationships. Coordinate with the Operational Team to design and implement standardized procedures for processing banking access requests, ensuring proper segregation of duties and adherence to internal approval hierarchies. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for navigation and access management across approximately 100 external and internal systems, including bank portals, treasury management systems, and internal controllership tools, ensuring consistent entitlement provisioning and user support across all platforms. Manage the lifecycle of banking access entitlements — including provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning of user access — across multiple banking platforms and portals (e.g., treasury management systems and bank-proprietary portals). Monitor and resolve access-related discrepancies identified through periodic entitlement reviews and audits, ensuring that access rights align with employees' current roles and responsibilities. Ensure that all banking access and operational processes comply with Amazon's Treasury Banking Authority Policy, which governs the authorization framework for bank account management, signatory controls, and payment approval thresholds. Verify that investment-related system access and transactional workflows adhere to Amazon's Treasury Investment Policy guidelines, including permissible instruments and counterparty limits. Conduct regular compliance checks and maintain documentation to support internal and external audit requirements related to Treasury policy adherence. The position operates within the corporate treasury and financial services industry, specifically in the following areas: Banking and Financial Services: Managing access to commercial banking portals and treasury management systems used for cash management, payments, and account administration across Amazon's global banking relationships. Treasury Operations: Supporting treasury workstation administration, bank account governance, and entitlement management across approximately 100 external and internal systems within a large-scale multinational corporate treasury environment. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to internal corporate treasury policies and external financial regulations governing banking authority. Financial Technology (FinTech): Working with treasury management systems, bank portal platforms, and internal controllership tools used for financial process automation and access control management.
40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $73,600/year to $128,800/year.

Basic Qualifications
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related analytical field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) hands-on experience in finance control mechanisms, bank portal administrative functionality, and finance workstation administrative functionality; (2) managing cross-functional financial projects including project design, requirements, and implementation; (3) creating process improvements with automation and analysis; and (4) experience with banking and finance compliance requirements and industry regulations.#0000
