AWS Professional Services is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Leader to build and lead the ProServe business in Taiwan. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding customer engagements, and leading a team of ProServe Account Executives (PAEs) to accelerate cloud adoption and digital transformation for enterprise customers across Taiwan. The ideal candidate will combine deep sales leadership experience with a strong understanding of cloud technologies, professional services delivery, and the Taiwan market landscape.
Key job responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Own and deliver the Taiwan ProServe revenue target (bookings, revenue, and margin)
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Professional Services in Taiwan, aligned with AWS field sales and partner ecosystem
- Build and manage a pipeline of large-scale cloud transformation opportunities including migration, modernization, data & analytics, and Generative AI initiatives
- Drive deal structuring and commercial negotiations for complex, multi-year engagements
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of ProServe Account Executives
- Coach team members on consultative selling, deal pursuit, and account planning
- Foster a culture of customer obsession, ownership, and operational excellence
- Manage team performance through metrics-driven cadence and regular business reviews
Customer Engagement & Executive Relationships
- Establish and maintain C-level relationships with key enterprise customers in Taiwan
- Act as the executive sponsor for strategic ProServe engagements
- Partner with customers to identify transformation opportunities and articulate the value of AWS Professional Services
- Represent AWS ProServe at industry events, executive briefings, and customer workshops
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with AWS field sales (Account Managers, Territory Managers), Solution Architects, and Specialist teams to drive joint pipeline
- Collaborate with ProServe Delivery and Practice leaders to ensure successful engagement outcomes
- Work with AWS Partners to develop co-delivery and co-sell motions
- Align with APJ and Global ProServe leadership on strategy, programs, and best practices
Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and business reporting
- Drive operational rigor in deal qualification, pricing governance, and resource planning

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience and team leadership , with at least 5 years in professional services or consulting sales
- Experience selling complex IT transformation services (cloud migration, application modernization, data/AI)
- Experience in Account Management, Sales, Vendor Management, Business Development, E-Commerce, Retail, Consulting, Business-to-Business (B2B), Sales Operations or Shared Service Operations
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken)
- Deep understanding of the Taiwan enterprise market, industry dynamics, and regulatory landscape
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of AWS services
- Experience building and managing teams
- MBA, or Advanced degree
- Experience in cloud consulting or professional services at a hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP) or top-tier consulting firm
- Experience selling into FSI, Manufacturing, High-Tech, or Public Sector verticals in Taiwan
- Knowledge of Generative AI and modern data & analytics trends
- Experience with deal constructs including fixed-price, T&M, managed services, and outcome-based models
