Amazon has established itself as a globally recognized leading company by continuously offering hundreds of millions of products to customers worldwide. To remain "Earth's most customer-centric company," Amazon constantly improves and innovates, seeking experienced professionals who can contribute to these efforts. The Japan Procurement division (JP Procurement) of the Global Procurement Organization's Asia Pacific Procurement Headquarters is a core unit in Japan working on building, executing, and improving procurement processes. JP Procurement's mission is to continuously enhance "product model selection," "low prices," and "convenience" by collaborating with the Global Procurement Organization (GPO), Asia Pacific (APAC: India, Australia, Singapore) procurement divisions, engineering departments, operations departments, and finance departments. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the execution of ONECHAIN, Amazon's Global Procurement End-to-End Supply Chain Management transformation program. The Program Manager will orchestrate cross-pillar and cross-regional collaboration, manage phased deployment of the Supply Chain Hub model, and ensure milestone-gated accountability across technology integration, supplier development, and logistics optimization workstreams. The ideal candidate combines deep supply chain expertise with proven program management capabilities in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, and thrives in ambiguity while delivering measurable financial outcomes including targeted cost reductions through intermediary margin elimination and origin-based consolidation.
