About the Role
As the Sr. Manager, Sponsorships, you will work within the Amazon Music Sponsorships team to create and manage elements of the revenue and sales opportunities. You will be the point of contact with our internal Content & Revenue team while participating in the review process of new content opportunities and expansion for sales efforts. In this role, you will own C-suite client and agency relationships, build accounts by establishing trust, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work that drives measurable results for our brand partners.
Key job responsibilities
• Drive revenue strategy and sponsorship packaging for recurring U.S. programming in partnership with Amazon Advertising, aligning content investment with advertiser demand and P&L targets
• Grow revenue through strategic account expansion and new business acquisition; develop and deliver compelling sponsorship pitches grounded in audience data, content IP, and advertiser objectives
• Orchestrate cross-functional workstreams across Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, Artist Partnerships, and Marketing to bring sponsorship programs from concept to execution
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by achieving monthly KPIs across customer presentations, proposal delivery, close rates, and funnel reporting cadences
• Serve as the senior relationship owner for C-suite client and agency stakeholders, building long-term partnerships through consistent delivery and strategic counsel
• Lead client engagements end-to-end — from needs discovery and contract negotiation to campaign updates and post-project feedback loops
• Champion quarterly strategic initiatives that advance team capabilities, operational excellence, or new revenue streams beyond day-to-day account management
• Own the full lifecycle of client sponsorship programs, coordinating internal teams on timelines, creative deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure flawless execution
• Manage project-level P&L accountability and uphold quality standards across all sponsorship deliverables and campaign outputs
A day in the life
