We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Amazon Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and support to Amazon sellers, helping them optimize their businesses and achieve success.
Key job responsibilities
- Hunt and onboard high-potential sellers into the sales program
- Conduct meetings with sellers addressing both scheduled and proactive support scenarios.
- Identify sellers with new products growth potential and support them through the full product listing journey
- Manage a diverse portfolio of sellers simultaneously
- Act as the voice of the seller, escalating feedback to appropriate teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve Amazon's products, services, processes, systems, and tools
A day in the life
- Portfolio management and seller prioritization
- Cold calls and outreach through various channels to recruit sellers into the program
- Troubleshooting and guiding sellers through issues they may face
- Identify and drive process improvements
About the team
The Existing Seller Management (ESM) is a free, modular account management service designed to develop existing sellers over a 3-month engagement cycle. The program assigns Account Managers as specialists in specific levers — such as Selection, Deals & Promotions, or FBA — enabling them to educate and develop sellers in targeted areas rather than providing generalist support. The ESM Selection module consists of helping sellers unlock selection growth by bringing new products to Amazon, assisting with listing processes and addressing blocked selection blockers.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing operations environment
- Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting and documenting findings
- Experience handling customer escalations
