AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers and all of the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. - Strategic Leadership: Develop comprehensive vision and goals for Data Center Operations across the Sweden region
- Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing management team
- Operational Excellence: Optimize existing data center processes and implement innovative improvement strategies
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee maintenance of current data centers and support expansion of new facilities
- Performance Optimization: Establish clear performance metrics, track progress, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Basic Qualifications

- Experience managing large-scale technological services
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams, including direct management of people managers
- Proven ability to deliver complex technological projects
- Technical understanding of data center infrastructure
- Valid EU driving license

Preferred Qualifications

- Advanced knowledge of network scaling and hardware systems
- Experience in data center operations
- Advanced degree in technology, engineering, or business management
- Deep understanding of server and network infrastructure
