Are you ready to help revolutionize e-commerce delivery through the power of strategic partner communications and automation? We're seeking a creative and marketing-forward individual to join our Emerging & Expansion Geographies Marcom Team in Amazon’s Last Mile space.
We are looking for a Communications pro to help drive communication strategy and messaging effectiveness. This individual will work to support Hub Delivery, a fast-growing delivery service program that teams up with local businesses to bring Amazon packages to their communities. In this pivotal role, you'll be key to taking complex information and distilling it down into easy-to-understand communication strategies for the Hub Delivery Partner, helping them effectively manage their day to day and be set up for success.
You’ll sit on a team of ~ 8 marketing communicators who support various other parts of Amazon’s Last Mile delivery network – namely, within the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program, of which Hub Delivery is intrinsically connected. While you’ll own the Hub Delivery communications strategy for Japan and the MEATR region, you’ll benefit from being a part of this team of likeminded communication partners and their center of excellence in processes, tooling, and thought-partnership.
Key job responsibilities
• Triage comms requests, synthesize complex info, and execute end-to-end partner communication strategies
• Develop and optimize multi-channel communication strategies using partner feedback, behavioral analytics, and advanced segmentation
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather insights, ensure aligned messaging, and drive continuous improvement in our communication approach
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications
• Look around corners to identify key moments in time around which to build communication strategies that meet Hub Delivery partners where they are in their journey
A day in the life
Your day-to-day will be a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll build and maintain cross-channel communication frameworks, giving us a clear picture of partner interaction patterns and areas for improvement. You'll write, edit, and manage a wide range of communications strategies and change management plans, ensuring our voice remains consistent and effective across all channels.
You'll develop expertise in utilizing a variety of marketing automation and communication tools to their full potential, creating seamless communication experiences that drive partner success and engagement.
